Name the plan or say private pay and the fee range. This is the single biggest reason a referral goes unanswered — clinicians can't tell whether they're able to take it.
Where, and how
City or region, plus whether the client needs in-person, telehealth, or either. Telehealth-flexible referrals reach the whole state.
What they're looking for
Presenting concern and population in a sentence or two. Enough for a clinician to know it's in their scope, not a full clinical picture.
Timing and reach
How soon they need to be seen, and the best way to contact you. Replies go straight to you, so use an address you actually watch.
Post about the fit, not the client. No names, no identifying details, no clinical record. Describe what the client needs so a colleague can tell whether they can help — nothing more. The digest goes only to verified members.
